# Registration & Global Auth

> Signing up and staying signed in with Global Auth

Registration on Ziplime is **free**. There is no cost to create an account and start describing your first strategy.

## Global Auth

Ziplime uses **Global Auth**, the shared authentication system used across Limex products. If you're already signed in to Limex, you don't need to sign in again when you open Ziplime — your session carries over automatically.
